Today, I saw a comment where someone said, “yoga does not belong to anyone. Certification and authorization is rubbish.” Lets not throw the baby out with the bath water. Being authorized or certified does not guarantee that a teacher knows what they are doing but having no standards doesn’t guarantee it either.
